There is a large living room currently housing two sofas and a dining table. From here is a good sized terrace overlooking Velez-Malaga and the mountains. As it is at the rear of the block it is quite peaceful and not on a main road. There are three very good sized double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms. One is EN-SUITE from the master bedroom and the other is a shower room, with toilet, and basin off of the main corridor to serve the other bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size and is well equipped. It is of great location, just a 2 minute walk to the centre of Velez-Malaga, a 5 minute drive to the beach and the A7 Autovia (motorway) is a stones throw away with its access to the airport (35 minutes) and other major towns and routes.
